Hey! I'm Carlotta, and that's me eating a Texan-style BBQ feast. In other words, my happy place.

I've been writing and editing for over a decade – primarily for doctors, dentists and pharmacists. I've managed digital and print journals like Irish Dentistry, Endodontic Practice, the MDU's Student Notes and The Pharmaceutical Journal. I also spent a few years in digital comms and social media.

I love taking complex topics and turning them into clear, engaging content – whether that's a webpage, blog, newsletter, social post or feature article. I work closely with subject experts to make sure everything is accurate, trustworthy and written in plain English, while still sounding human and relatable.

When I'm not buried in words, I'm probably plunging into cold water (and talking about it), giving line dancing a go, or remembering the time I had a phone call with Jon Bon Jovi (still not over it).
